Zirconium is a very weak material before being sintered. During scrape, there can be many micro break, crack, and breakings in thin parts. Zirconium bridges which are not carefully scraped may not be well adapted to the model after being sintered. The correct action is to scrape zirconium through soft movements and without causing vibration and stroke, and processing all details on the surface and work carefully. Thus, it is not necessary to retreat crown and bridge after being sintered. This causes zirconium crown and bridges to be used for long years without being broken, and colouring. 2- The machine which we use in our system determines coordinate within the range of 0,00125 and then does the job of scrape according to this determination. This provides thousandth scrape sensitivity, perfect surface quality and causes Zirconium to be scraped without putting any load on Zirconium. 3- There is vibration in the most sensitive motors of the world. It is impossible to make a motor without vibration. Motor and scrape shaft in our machine are separate from each other. Motor turns the shaft through a very sensitive belt without creating any vibration. This lets us process zirconium very sensitively and carefully, and not put any load on zirconium. 4- We are using the best and vibration free drills. 5- In many Cad-Cam systems, CNCs change automatically drills which are used, measure the length of drills by switches or adjust manually their length by calibration switches. Error is inevitable in such systems. Drill lengths are accurately calibrated to each other through sensors, and drills are kept in closed cases and dust protected, not only drills but also the part holding the drill, that is, tools are changed completely, and changed part is connected to the shaft by a very sensitive and different method, and thus, potential imbalance is prevented in this way and scrape is carried out very sensitively. 6- The scanner which we use in our system scans the model very sensitively. While scanners in many systems scans 150.000 spots in per mm2 , our scanner can scan 1.500.000 spots, and as both model table and the camera are moving, it can detect the spots of the model and eurysomatic which cannot be detected in other systems, and thus, it provides more sensitive reading. 7- CAM programme which we are using is the most developed programme in the world, scrape templates of this programme can be changed by user. Thus, user can adjust where and in which speed and manner scrape can be made. We, through the quality of this programme and thousands of our zirconium crown experiences, scrape the thinnest parts, kole parts without breaking, cracking and rapidly. 8- We can also scrape undercut areas in some crowns through high quality of our Cam programme and 4th Shaft quality of our CNCs. 9- CAD programme which we are using is a very developed programme, and it enables us to treat every area of the crown and bridge made and the model as we wish, finished state of crown and bridge can be seen and not only the zirconium substructure but also thickness of the porcelain to be treated on such substructure can be adjusted. Additionally, perfect adaptation is obtained through automatic enterance detecting programme and undercut skipping programme. If there is an error in dental preparation, photo of such error is taken and sent to the dentist, not to mention the fact that there is closing model and articulation, and the quality of implant abutment preparation. 10- When thickness of crowns and bridges decreases, their colouring, translucence improve better and look more aesthetic. In many marked and unmarked Cad-Cam systems, zirconium crown thickness cannot be scraped below 0,8-0,9 mm. When treated sensitively, in particular, they have to deal with some problems such as durability as they do not own the qualities in our system which we have mentioned. Through perfection and high quality of our system, and despite 0,4, 0,5 mm thickness, our zirconium bridges are more durable and long-lasting. Of course, it is also very aesthetic because colouring and translucence of entire zirconium is improved. 11- Through micro wave system which we will apply soon and by sintering, our zirconium bridges will be 50% more durable and strong than the zirconiums in other systems even after 10 years. |
