Prof.Dr. Faruk Haznedaroglu- Dental Surgeon Long years spent in my profession and my clinical experience showed me clearly that a dental surgeon can not acquire success only with individual knowledge and skills. Dental surgeon is actually is a team and equipment work. Although a dental surgeon is highly skilled and well trained, if he is lack of a good assistant and a laboratory with high quality, he can never catch the success he desires and the patient satisfaction. On dental surgery field, technology develops so amazing that it is difficult to follow day by day. Especially on prosthesis field, we meet with an innovation every day. Small enterprises naturally roughly handle in following the innovations and presenting it to the doctor service economically. For this reason, it is very important to work with a well-equipped laboratory having an institutional quality, and haning a high financial and fiscal power. This presents opportunity to dental surgeons to follow the inovations and to apply in their own clinic. I work with Yeni Oral Laboratory for many years that I meet with a recommendation of my close colleague. To tell the truth, at first I thought that making a business between İstanbul and Izmir would be difficult, even impossible. However for many years we go on our studies without living any trouble. The owners of the laboratory, Mr. Ibrahim Serce and Serdar Arslansoy are young people who love their professions. In a period of last five years they invest to their laboratories with one and half millions euros and make here a place so modern and well equipped. In other words what they earn from the profession is invested to the profession again. They have more than hundred employees. Although they manage so big plant, they have always been on the top of the work. They do succesful works with respect to both esthetics both in high quality. Whenever a problem arises rarely, they say dental surgeon is right and they are in the effort of producing a solution. Meanwhile of course one can not forget their Istanbul coordinator, Dear Birol. He is honest, gentleman and loyal. He executes the connection between Istanbul and İzmir without interruption for years in a great success. I must say his role is very big in this success. I thank him for the services he has given until today. I should say that I have faith in them that their studies shall continue with the same success and I recommend my colleagues to work with Yeni Oral Laboratory.Dr. Tarık İŞMEN- Dental Surgeon I have met Ibrahim and Serdar, the owners of the laboratory in 2009. when I visited their place. Both of them know their job. I consider Ibrahim as a man who does not send single crown exit from laboratory to doctors without satisfied or without control, soft in human relation but little conservative in his work. Serdar manages fiscal and administrative works behind the curtain. I think that my Re-Pe-Te does not pass 10 in ten years. Metal castings have perfect quality and fastidiousness of Ibrahim on subject of porcelain contributes to the easiness of my work. I am very glad to know a good friend a good technical team.
